Q Pad Flexible Digital Media Graphic Tablet by iVistaTablet Customer Review

I read all the reviews for this tablet, and was really wary of it, but ordered it anyway. It was only $45.99 and I have been looking for a good graphics tablet because I am a designer, and I draw, so I'm always having to draw the image, scan it onto the computer, fix it up, then incorporate it into what I'm doing. This tablet makes it incredibly easy for me to draw the image in Photoshop.

The software IS compatible with Windows 7, that's what I'm using.

My favorite thing about the tablet is that it goes by pressure. [I've never owned a tablet before, so for me this is all new] So no matter what size the "brush tool" is, you can make a variety of marks on your page according to how much pressure you apply. Great for shading and values!

The only thing I can complain about is the delay. It occasionally doesn't pick up the motion right away, and sometimes the pressure changes when the delay occurs, causing the "brush tool" in PS to draw a darker line than was supposed to be there. Easily fixed though, just use the "eraser tool", and be cautious of what you're doing.

Set-up was really easy, just insert the disc, install, restart, and done! The pen is lighter than I expected, and feels just like a normal pen. Putting in the battery was a little odd, but just make sure you examine how the pen is put together when you take it apart and it will be easy to put back together.
