It's ALOT easier than using a mouse! It's easier to hold in my hand than a mouse, which makes it easier to draw. I use it with Paint.net. It takes a little getting used to at the beginning. What was hardest for me: when I lifted the pen off the pad and put it back down, the point on the computer was in a different spot. But I figured it out. I like this and would recommend it to others who ask.
